CLC Russia: Connect with Russian-speaking Youth
Our pilot project in Russia (which will celebrate its one year anniversary this summer!), is reaching hundreds of young people across the country. With over 1000 members from Russia and rapidly growing Russian content on the website, TIG has a lot to offer to all Russian-speaking members and visitors of the website.

New Partnership: Linguistic Gymnasium # 23, city of Vladimir
TakingITGlobal has formed a new partnership in Russia, this time with the Linguistic Gymnasium # 23 in the city of Vladimir. With the support of their English teacher Natalia Manilova, a group of grade 10 students who study English and wish to hone their translation skills, took up a challenge of joining our team of Russian e-translators. Panorama Concursul de texte pe tema Obiectivelor Mileniului
Înscrie-te în concursul nostru "Ce pot face pentru a ajuta atingerea scopurilor de Dezvoltare ale Mileniului."În eseul tau, spune-ne cum tu sau tinerii din tara ta pot lucra pentru realizarea acestor scopuri. Gandeste-te la moduri creative si efective de a face presiuni asupra Guvernului tau si de a derula o campanie de schimbare a politicilor actuale. Lucrarile pot sa ia forma eseurilor, poeziilor şi prozei scurte - toate sunt eligibile pentru un premiu constând într-un pachet cu multe lucruri interesante!
Criterii
- Pentru a te înscrie, trebuie sa ai între 13 şi 31 de ani.
- Te rugam sa scrii "Concursul Obiectivele Mileniului" inaintea titlului articolului.
- Limita maxima de cuvinte pentru prozele scurte, eseuri si poeme este de 2500. Limita minima a eseurilor si prozelor scurte este de 500 de cuvinte.
- Idei Creative!

Food is the lifeblood of human existence. Without it we become weak, inert, demoralized. Hunger and malnutrition permeate the planet. While some go without, others sustain their livelihoods by its production. And even others rarely think about where there food comes from; it is always just readily available. Despite these extremes, food acts as a unifer. People learn about one another through the sharing of food. Appreciation for difference is cultivated too. What do you eat? How do you make it? Where do you buy your food? Are you a farmer, a cook, a vegetarian? Do you want to be? What is your favorite meal? What are you yearning to try? What are the essential foods?
Hunger, eating disorders, agriculture, droughts, hormones and pesticides, nutrition, fair trade, food allergies, and food contamination - it's up to you to choose the issue that is relevant to you. You have an empty plate and a fully stocked kitchen. Create a food masterpiece and submit it to Panorama! Click aici!
